Cambridge TKD have introduced an in-house Squad Development initiative aimed at those who wish to take part in high intensity training sessions. Training will be monthly and will cover competition disciplines (Sparring, Patterns, Special Techniques and Destruction). These sessions are suitable for those with full sparring kit only. There will also be a big emphasis on fitness and stretching.
