These are for Red belts and above as you represent a new level of maturity, attitude, skill, effort and commitment, you are the elite of the club. Our senior grade sessions focussing on different aspects of Taekwondo have been fantastically attended and has become an incredible display of strong Red Belts, Black Tags and Black Belts.

Cambridge TKD have introduced an in-house Squad Development initiative aimed at those who wish to take part in high intensity training sessions. Training will be monthly and will cover competition disciplines (Sparring, Patterns, Special Techniques and Destruction). These sessions are suitable for those with full sparring kit only. There will also be a big emphasis on fitness and stretching.
