We had and absolutely great time and it doesn't matter how many competitions we've done, we always learn from them; not just the competitors, but our umpires and our coaches.
We planned, we trained, we rehearsed and we delivered...
A lot of time, love and attention went into ensuring we give our guests a great night out. MASSIVE thanks to everyone who supported us.. we sold over 150 tickets, raising nearly £2,000 and packed out our seating.
Well done to all our competitors who put on a great show. It doesn't matter how seasoned a competitor you are, it still takes courage to step on the mats and more so when it's in front of friends, family, peers and members.. but the cheers, the enthusiasm, the support and love was phenomenal 👏👏💪💪
All profits are now being carefully allocated to support those travelling to Holland and Argentina..
Every little helps, we are so grateful and touched ❤️

This group of young Black Tags have trained in Taekwon-Do for between 6 and 7 years. On October 9th all that training was condensed into a 4 hour Black Belt grading.
Every technique, every kick, every pattern, from when they were white belt upwards, sparring, 2 onto 1 sparring, destruction, set sparring, examiners choice techniques, self defence, leadership skills and theory, nothing was left out, testing their endurance, indomitable spirit and perseverance. Delighted to announce that they all passed the exam.
On the 16th of October, in front of a large audience made up of their team mates and lots of parents, we celebrated together and presented them with their new belts, certificates and new doboks. It was an emotional evening, a big celebration of a great achievement. We also managed to embarrass them a little by collecting a series of photo's from when they joined and much younger and put together a powerpoint presentation for everyone to enjoy, a wonderful trip down memory lane. Well done to you all, we are very proud.
Best memories are created at competitions both for competitors and their instructors. Congratulations to everyone who took part. Great performance, great sportsmanship and great results.
Thank you to T-UK for hosting, all the refereers and umpires for giving up their day to support the event and all the parents and members who support their families to become the best, most resilient martial artists, through these great experiences.
