R Walking stance, X-fist pressing block/ Twin fist high vertical punch (sine wave)

Forward stepping 1

R Fixed stance, Fore-fist middle obverse side punch

Forward stepping 2

L middle turning kick, Land in L Walking ready stance

 

Defender:

Backward stepping 1

R L-stance, Palm reverse upward block

Backward stepping 2
