One Step Set Sparring
- All sequences must be performed by both partners acting as attacker and defender.
- The following sequences are described as a right-handed attack. All sequences must also be repeated using a left-handed attack.
- Attackers ready posture: Parallel ready stance
- Defenders ready posture: Parallel ready stance
